Fast Flux Entangling Gate for Fluxonium Circuits

چکیده
We analyze a high-fidelity two-qubit gate using fast flux pulses on superconducting fluxonium qubits. The is realized by temporarily detuning magnetic through loop away from the half quantum sweet spot. simulate dynamics of two capacitively coupled fluxoniums during and optimize pulse parameters to obtain highly accurate $\sqrt{i\mathrm{swap}}$-like entangling gate. also evaluate effect noise qubit relaxation fidelity. Our results demonstrate that error remains below $10^{-4}$ for currently achievable magnitude time.

Making a circulant 2-qubit entangling gate
We present a way to physically realize a circulant 2-qubit entangling gate in the Kauffman-Jones version of SU(2) Chern-Simons theory at level 4. Our approach uses qubit and qutrit ancillas, braids, fusions and interferometric measurements. Our qubit is formed by four anyons of topological charges 1221. Among other 2qubit entangling gates we generate in the present work, we produce in particula...
متن کاملExact universality from any entangling gate without inverses
This note proves that arbitrary local gates together with any entangling bipartite gate V are universal. Previously this was known only when access to both V and V † was given, or when approximate universality was demanded. A common situation in quantum computing is that we can apply only a limited set S ⊂ Ud of unitary gates to some d-dimensional system. The first question we want to ask in th...
متن کاملHigh-fidelity Rydberg-blockade entangling gate using shaped, analytic pulses
We show that the use of shaped pulses improves the fidelity of a Rydberg-blockade two-qubit entangling gate by several orders of magnitude compared to previous protocols based on square pulses or optimal control pulses. Using analytical derivative removal by adiabatic gate (DRAG) pulses that reduce excitation of primary leakage states and an analytical method of finding the optimal Rydberg bloc...
